This page identifies material third parties used by Greg Bowe trading as MyNextWine to provide the My Next Wine B2B Wine Finder service in its supported markets. A provider is a subprocessor only where it processes personal data on our behalf. Some commerce platforms and retailers act independently, as explained below.

Subprocessors and service providers

Platforms and independent recipients
Wine merchants are independent controllers and sellers. A merchant controls its storefront and customer relationship and is responsible for wine sales, product information, checkout, payment, age verification, fulfilment, returns and its own privacy notice.
Shopify provides the merchant's commerce platform, app installation, catalogue APIs and Shopify billing. Shopify processes data under its own platform relationship with the merchant and is not automatically a My Next Wine subprocessor for all processing.
WooCommerce/WordPress, the merchant's host and installed extensions are selected and controlled by the merchant. A self-hosted WooCommerce store does not make Automattic a My Next Wine subprocessor merely because the plugin is installed.
Changes and objections
B2B merchants give general authorisation for subprocessors under the applicable Merchant Terms. Reasonable advance notice of a material new subprocessor will be provided through the app/plugin, this page, email or another reasonable channel. A merchant may object on reasonable data-protection grounds as described in the Merchant Terms.
